Do you charge homeowners?
No. You can request help, compare options, and decide what to do next without obligation. If you choose to move forward with a contractor, any project pricing and payment terms are between you and the contractor you select. We focus on making the early steps clearer so you can make better decisions.
How fast will someone follow up?
Typically within 1 business day. If you submit during evenings or weekends, we’ll usually respond the next business day. If we can’t reach you by phone, we’ll follow up by email so you’re not stuck waiting.
What projects do you cover?
Kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, general interior updates, and outdoor/back patio projects. We can also help you think through scope (what’s included vs. optional) so you can compare estimates more confidently.
Do I have to pick a contractor you introduce?
No. We provide introductions and guidance — you decide what’s best for your home. You’re free to pause, request different options, or choose a contractor outside of any introductions we provide.
Can you help with budgeting?
Yes — at a practical level. We’ll help you identify common cost drivers (layout changes, plumbing/electrical moves, materials, permits, and timeline constraints) and suggest questions to ask so estimates are easier to compare. Final pricing is always provided by the contractor performing the work.
